Why do games on The Play List vary from country to country?
Short answer: different countries have different rules about what games can be sold or made available. As a result, the games you see in The Play List may vary slightly by location.
Do I get to keep playing the games after the trial period?
Once your trial is complete, you’ll need to purchase the game if you’d like to continue playing.
If I play an EA Play game trial will my progress carry over?
Yes, after your limited trial of the latest EA games ends, your progress will carry over. Then, you can continue where you left off if you decide to purchase the game.
What can I use my member discount on?
As an EA Play member, you'll automatically score a 10% discount on EA digital purchases from the platform you have EA Play access to, including new releases, pre-orders, expansions, game packs, points—you name it. Please note: while EA Play is available on multiple platforms, your discount applies only to the platform you joined on. For example, if you joined on the Epic Games Store, your EA digital purchases would receive a 10% discount there. Similarly, if you joined on Xbox, your EA digital purchases on Xbox would receive the discount.
What platforms is EA Play available on?
EA Play is available on Xbox, PlayStation®, PC via the Epic Games Store, the EA app, and Steam, and Mac through the EA app. Please note, while EA Play is available on multiple platforms, your membership is tied to the platform you joined on. For example, if you joined on PlayStation®, your Play List, member discount, and all other benefits will only be available there.
Can I play EA Play games on Mac?
You sure can. EA Play is now available on Mac through the EA app.
What payment methods can I use to purchase an EA Play membership?
Depending on your location, you can use a credit card, PayPal, or platform wallet (see platform tabs for additional payment methods). Please note that not all payment methods are available in every region.

What if I want to cancel EA Play before my membership ends?
If you cancel your membership before your next monthly or annual billing date, you won’t be charged for the following month or year. You’ll still have access to play games, use your discount, and try available trials until your membership expires.

Is EA Play included with Xbox Game Pass?
EA Play membership is included at no additional cost for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass for PC subscribers. However, Xbox Game Pass Core and Standard for Console does not include EA Play.
What version of EA Play do Xbox Game Pass subscribers receive?
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers get EA Play on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows 10 via the EA Desktop app. Xbox Game Pass for PC subscribers also receive EA Play on PC through the EA app.
EA Play Pro is only available through EA’s PC platforms, and is sold separately.
Is EA Play automatically available to Game Pass subscribers?
Game Pass Ultimate subscribers automatically get EA Play on Xbox and can download and play EA Play games directly through the Xbox Game Pass experience. Xbox Game Pass for PC and Game Pass Ultimate subscribers gain access to EA Play on PC through the EA app.
How do I access EA Play with my Game Pass membership?
With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass for PC, you automatically gain full access to all EA Play member benefits and Play List titles.
Both Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass for PC subscribers can access EA Play for PC on Windows 10 through the EA app.
What happens if I have Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or Game Pass for PC, but I only want EA Play?
You can cancel your Xbox Game Pass subscription at any time and then sign up for EA Play. To cancel, sign in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services. Under Xbox Game Pass, select "Payment & billing", then “Cancel”. You’ll have an option to end your subscription on its expiration date.
If I have EA Play but want to join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, do I have to first cancel my EA Play subscription?
No. EA Play members who join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will have their EA Play subscription on Xbox automatically canceled. Any remaining time will be rounded up and converted into additional time on your Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.
Can Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members still redeem EA Play codes on Xbox?
Yes, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members can redeem EA Play membership codes, which will automatically convert into additional time on their Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

Is EA Play Pro available on other platforms?
EA Play Pro is only available on the EA app.
Can I play EA Play Pro games on Mac?
Yes, EA Play Pro is now available on Mac through the EA app.
Can I upgrade from EA Play to Pro membership?
Absolutely! From Settings > My Account > Manage My Membership, select the Pro membership, and choose a monthly or annual billing plan. Your new membership will start immediately, giving you instant access to everything EA Play Pro has to offer.
